- Alexina Law will send an email confirmation of the order.
- Alexina Law will send you an email when your order has been dispatched with an estimated delivery date.
- Alexina Law will contact you by email or telephone to notify you if there is a delay or problem with your order.
Delivery Arrangements (U
K Mainland Only)
- Alexina Law aims to dispatch goods in stock within three working days of receiving your order and payment.
- Please allow up to ten days for delivery after cleared payment.
- Please note that cheque payments must be cleared before goods are dispatched.
- If some items in your order are not in stock, Alexina Law may retain stock items on hold until the outstanding items are received.
- Items on back order will be delivered on receipt, with the applicable postage for the value of the order applied.
Postage and packing charges:
Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Postage costs are given at checkout. The rates are determined by the value of order.

Packaging
All delivery costs include the cost of packaging materials. Alexina Law recycles packaging materials as well as using new materials, 100% recyclable materials where possible.
Gift Wrap (if available)
If you require Gift Wrap, for you to wrap, bag or box personally, please select your options at Checkout. Prices are given at Gift Wrap and at Checkout.
Please indicate if you would like the gift sent to an alternative address during the checkout process.
Returns Policy
• If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please notify Alexina Law by email, admin@alexinalaw.co.uk, by letter to the address given below or by telephone, 01235 838618, leaving your name, contact number, invoice number and the nature of the problem giving the reason for the return.
• Please notify Alexina Law no later than 7 days after receipt of your order.
• Goods must be returned immediately or as soon as possible in their original packaging, unused in an “as new” condition to:

• Alexina Law is not responsible for paying any shipment costs for returns.
• Alexina Law advises that you obtain a free certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of returning the goods.
• Alexina Law will refund the total price of the goods, less the original delivery charge within 30 days. This payment will be made using the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Alexina Law aims for your gifts to arrive in an excellent condition. If any goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact Alexina Law on admin@alexinalaw.co.uk or telephone 01235 838616 leaving your name, contact number, invoice number and the nature of the problem.
Alexina Law aims to get back in contact you within 3 working days.
• Alexina Law may be able to offer you a replacement with free delivery.
• Alternatively a full refund can be arranged
• This refund will be made by the method used for the original purchase, within 30 days.
• Alexina Law requests that the damaged or faulty goods are returnedas soon as possible.Alexina Law is not responsible for the cost of returning damaged or faulty goods.
Exchange or refund
- This refund policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Consumers are under a duty to take reasonable care of goods in their possession.
- Alexina Law will exchange or refund your purchase up to 30 days from the date of notification,
- Alexina Law requests that the item is returnedunopened where possible and in its original packaging.
This does not affect your consumer rights and if you open the goods to inspect them, you can still cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 working days* following the day the goods are delivered. (“Working days” means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
